1. Measure 3 liters of lukewarm water (Max 36 °C) and pour into a clean container.
2. Add 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of BIOpH+ Medical foot bath and place feet directly into the bath.
3. Bathe feet for approximately 20 minutes, then dry with a clean towel.
4. For treatment of athlete's foot, repeat daily for seven days. Thereafter, every other day for an additional two weeks.

The foot bath's effect begins when the granules come into contact with water, which means it is important to place feet in the bath immediately after the granules have been added.

To maintain and/or improve foot health, take a foot bath a couple of times a week.

Warnings and Precautions
- Keep out of reach of children, at room temperature and not with or near flammable products.
- Use by pregnant and breastfeeding women has not been tested. Therefore, the product cannot be recommended for this group.
- Do not use on open wounds, avoid contact with eyes, may cause irritation. If the product comes into contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water for at least ten minutes. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Contact medical care if severe skin or eye irritation occurs.
- If the product is used incorrectly or if hypersensitivity to sodium percarbonate exists, this may cause skin irritation.
- Intended for external use on feet only.
- May cause slippery feet/floor. Dry feet with a clean towel after treatment.
- Do not use if the jar is damaged or if the seal is missing on a new jar. To open the lid safely, pull off the seal in the direction of the arrow.

Diabetics: Consult your healthcare provider before use. Check feet before treatment; do not use on open wounds or with infections. Check skin regularly during use. Redness or irritation may occur without being felt due to reduced sensation. Discontinue treatment if symptoms worsen. Dry feet thoroughly after use, especially between the toes to avoid skin damage. If necessary, apply moisturizing cream after treatment, but avoid between the toes to reduce the risk of skin damage.
